It has always been like this and has been for years. However after thousands of years of torment the demons began to rebel. The empress Catherine and the queen Rosalie decided that this was going on long enough. Within years the demons had attacked the humans with everything they got and finally they won. Now free from the bounds of man the empress made a law saying that demon and humans are equal and if anyone tried to persecute the other will be executed. For now on the demons are in charge of the rules and regulations. However the humans are allowed to have a governor as a leader. And from that day on, everything changed.
