"Jannat..." :he called out but I didn't respond.
The hope in his eyes was fading with each passing second. The smile on his face was long gone. Suddenly he stretched his hand out to get a hold of me. But I stepped back and shook my head in negative.
The look in his eyes says it all... out of all emotions, the sadness was prominent on his face. His shoulders slumped down like he knew what was coming up next. But I couldn't do anything to change it. It needed to be done.
"There's no us Adam..." my voice was firm but slow as I said it while looking directly in his eyes.
"Wait.. What... Why... We..." He was unable to find the right words and I did not let him complete either.
"It's never we Adam. It's just you, me and life..."

Jannat is a fetish, confident, naive, kind yet simple girl in her own way. She is an average girl but to say she is beautiful won't be an understatement. She is not very religious but nevertheless still loves her hijjab, wears niqab occasionally.
On the other hand, Adam is totally a different story. Why? Because first of all, he neithe belongs to the same religion nor the same society, not even the same continent as a matter of fact. Secondly he is an arrogant, egoistic, handsome but calm and cool guy. Not your Ideal bad guy, but still the one.
