In a world past the current one, the world of Arch's Secret in divided. 
Everything once was in one world, but a catastrophe caused the worlds to be divided into four. Each world summons in a different way. The Pendulum World, with Pendulum summoning. The Synchro World with Synchro summoning. The Fusion World with Fusion summoning. The Xyz World with Xyz summoning. 
There worlds were created in order to keep parts of a darkness separate, but not all goes as planned. See, there is a light to the darkness, and there are people who wish to find the light in order to control the darkness. But they will have to do this before the worlds cross paths, and that may come sooner than one might think.

Throughout the YuGiOh timeline, we have known of the four main dimensions that run with the timeline. The four dimensions are XYZ, Fusion, Synchro, and Standard. Each main protagonist has come from each of these dimensions, but also at different time dates. During a mistake in the launch, Eto is launched to an alternate dimension in years past. Our hero, Yuya Sakaki, is a high schooler that attends the Yusho Duel School to teach Pendulum summoning and regular dueling to younger duelists. After the defeat of Zarc (from the Anime) Yuya (spirited with Yugo, Yuri and Yuto) realize there is a new threat in Paradise City so Yuya will now swing into action to save his friends and his city at all cost!

Yuko, the main hero, learns of the forbidden cards as he and his friends battle against The Legion, a organization who wants to shape the world into their own kingdom by using the forces of Water, Fire, Wind, Earth, and Chaos to destroy the current world. (The characters, story, and Zeo Monsters are all made up by me, so there shouldn't be any Copyright issues. Other than these things EVERYTHING belongs to the People who created Yu-Gi-Oh. But something is coming, a Fusion onslaught is on its way. One more task for Light, one last time he should be called to action, but with a new team, and a mysterious ally. Will Light manage to stop Fusion from winning, and keep the world's already sensitive balance in check? Or will the world fall to a dystopian future, ruled by Fusion.
