What happens when vampires and werewolves,( natural born enemies.) Decide to live together as equals on the same lands. What will happen when a werewolf and vampire fall in love but it's against the unwritten law for them to be together. This is a folktale concept that came to me many years back, but it was only recently that I found myself able to shape it into the kind of story that I wanted. It's a bit longer and more detailed than my other short stories, about twice as long actually, which is why I've split it into two parts. Just to provide some context, it is meant to take place in a medieval, Germanic setting, shortly before the Protestant Reformation when religious fervor was at an all-time high. I really hope you all enjoy this as it took quite a lot of work to finally write down. Feedback welcomed and encouraged as always!

As a Meta/Vampire hybrid, Hunter has seen some crazy stuff. She's worked hard not to be killed by supernaturals and by the people who "took care" of her, done her best to blend in and pretend to be the perfect hunter that never failed missions. But she was done with that, especially now that she finally had a chance and a reason to get the revenge she craved for on the people that took her family away. What she didn't expect was that someone would sweep her off her feet. Literally. Casey was just your everyday four-hundred-year-old werewolf who enjoyed the simple things in life like riding scooters and painting stuff around. After a certain rainy - and kinda dangerous - night, she decided to move in with her pack to a different university, but she didn't think her troubles would follow when she got there. After the two of them cross paths on an unexpected day, everything will start to change. For better or for worse.

You are taken for quite the ride as the main character. I have left the main character with little detail so you as the reader can create your own character and name him/her. Hope you guys like it, I'll update it in the future when I have more chapters finished. I wrote this so if you reblog it please credit me
