Deku, while trying to save the day, gets turned into a six-year-old child. Having the mind of his former child self, he doesn't know anyone but 'Kacchan'. Katsuki now has to look after Deku until he's back to normal. This is going to be a big challenge for Katsuki for one, he wants nothing to do with kids, (especially little brats named Deku) and two, he doesn't have the best  attitude towards children. What will happen to poor little Izuku?
