When evidence that his sleepy town becomes entangled in the work of a serial killer, Pathologist Dorian Boucher becomes caught in the middle. Dorian Boucher is a coroner who has been assigned the case of discovering the identity of the city's local serial killer who has made their mark on this city one too many times. One night, however, on his nightly walk to work, he comes face to face with one charming Frenchman with sapphire blue eyes and an interesting ruby red brooch.
