Dorian Boucher is a coroner who has been assigned the case of discovering the identity of the city's local serial killer who has made their mark on this city one too many times.  One night, however, on his nightly walk to work, he comes face to face with one charming Frenchman with sapphire blue eyes and an interesting ruby red brooch.
