This Is a BakuDeku fanfic. Izuku's dream of being a hero changes after he got diagnosed to be quirkless. That dream had become a distant a fantasy but he soon twisted it into a new goal. Izuku Midoriya became a closed off individual after the tragic death of a close relative. He had bad anxiety, barely being able to speak without shaking, but before all of this he was an outgoing kid who made a lot of friends in his neighborhood. At the start of his freshman year of high school he moved back to that neighborhood to go to U.A. What happens when he finds all of his old friends, can they learn to love the boy he's become? Or can they help him improve and become the man he wants to be. (No quirks, takes place in Japan but I use the American school year schedule and selection of extra sports to play) (Formally "old friends")
