I had to do this for school. The assignment was to write a short story about really anything that somehow included the Monument Valley and it's mountains. While thinking what to do I went to instagram and saw a video of a dad who had lost his daughter in a school shooting giving an interview (I think) about not knowing wether he had told her he loved her that morning she went to school and didn't come back. That gave me the idea to write this story. So this story includes this interview amd I just wanted to tell you that this is where I got the inspiration from.
