The Boxes are where most of Burminton live. One eight by eight foot Box for everyone over eighteen. Willow lives in the Terrace Street Boxes, and has grown used to her life in the community created by the Boxes, until one day they discover that they are trapped inside and don't know when they can get out. Everyone in the Box needs to overcome their differences and work together to survive until they are free to leave.
