When an oblivious idiot takes credit for the invention of the third (and best functioning) model of the RCA, no one even so much as bats an eye, distraction. These models are the best of the best, at everything. Their muscle flexibility is 93% of ours, effectively eliminating non-realistic movement. They have software controlling their vocal output so that what they say always makes perfect sense, even in pronunciation. Everyone agrees on one thing: If they had a heart, they'd be just about human. And that's just it. Somewhere out there, the original prototype is running about, disguising himself as a normal gen3 RCA, when in reality, he's the only non-organic thing on earth to have emotion, and thought. The other RCAS are programmed to identify him as an immediate danger to the public. So he's always moving around. Looking for the finish to his one computer-made script, aptly called 'fate'. My name is Nolan Moore and something special happened to me. Or at least that is what the psychiatrist calls it. I think it was disturbing, too horrific for words. What happened to me was something that keeps me up at night. Sometimes I lay in bed and stare at the ceiling for hours, even days. I get shivers down my spine even writing this down, but I have a feeling that I will be gone soon. So, if you read this, then you get a glimpse of my soul. They said that "Changing is part of LIFE.", at least that's what the CSD (Change and Save Department) used to say. They thought they created a "cure". A cure to save many people's lives from sickness, cancer, and all. Unfortunately... They were wrong. It was fine at first... However, their first test subject? It was for no good. Instead of a cure, they made a "virus". The virus is incurable for now. Many people protested against the CSD and the government. It changed.. but it was never saved... They said that once they bit you, in an hour the virus will spread throughout your body and kill you, then you'll be alive but not like you used to be. There are many survivors, but there are also many who have been turned into monsters. They call these monsters, "zombies". The CSD promised that they'll find a cure, but much-lost hope, lost hope for being alive, lost hope for survival. A 17 yrs. the old girl was in between that. Everything might sound and look horrible but she never lost hope for survival. "I'm running out of food.." she kept on talking to herself since there was no one but her. She saw a grocery store nearby so she checked it out if there were food, and fortunately, there was. She stuffed the food in her bag until she heard something. "Is someone there?" She asked, she hoped it wasn't what she thought about but there it was. The zombie's legs were twisted so it will have a hard time catching her. However, she never encountered that close. She stuffed the last food in her bag and ran. She ran to the girl's restroom. When she opened the door there were zombies! It almost caught her but fortunately, nothing happened to her. She ran back but there were more! "Please don't say this is how I'm going to die!" She said to herself. Is she going to die? Who will she meet? Will they survive this cruel world?? Nico has lived with that term all his life. Psychopath. He knew it was muttered behind his back when he walked through school. Thats how the world saw him. The boy who hears voices, the guy who talks to himself. Everyone defined him by his mental illness, and no one had ever bothered to know him. The word wasn't even accurate. Having schizophrenia was a pain sometimes, but it didn't mean Nico was crazy, even if the voices told him he was. The real ones, and the ones in his mind. The only person he could ever consider a friend would be his psychologist (aka his therapist), Jenny, who he had grown a strong connection with over the 4 years he had been going to see her. He didn't trust anyone else. Nico knew that no one would look past it all like she does. That is, until Will Solace enters the picture, the happy go lucky college student striving to be a therapist. What could go wrong? . This is a solangelo fan fiction and will have swearing, mental illnesses and there may be triggering moments that will have warnings. I will hopefully capture Nico's point of view accurately, and what he his going through, but I have never experienced schizophrenia so it may not be perfect. . Kinda going through editing?
