Not so luckily for Maria, though, is that her family is all about fishing and killing fish. Her mother loves cooking and eating them and her little brother wants to be just like her father who is a fisher man. He chops off shark fins for money and when he is fishing for tuna he doesn't care about the dolphins he may kill. In Maria's eyes he's evil. What happens when she drops her phone and sees mysterious arms come out of the water and steal it? What misadventures will Maria find herself in?

Brielle has the perfect life-or at least that's what everyone thinks. Cheer captain, straight-A student, adored by teachers and classmates alike. But beneath the smiles and perfect routines, she's tired of living up to everyone else's expectations. Mila is her opposite in every way. A leather-jacketed rebel with scars she doesn't bother to hide, a cigarette between her fingers, and a reputation that keeps most people at a safe distance. She's bruised, broken, and unafraid to burn every bridge around her. They were supposed to hate each other. Enemies by circumstance, divided by their worlds. But when a series of unexpected encounters forces them together, the line between rivalry and something deeper begins to blur. What starts as sharp words and stolen glances spirals into late-night confessions, dangerous secrets, and a love powerful enough to break them-or finally set them free. Perfect for fans of enemies-to-lovers, dark romance, and slow-burn tension, this story asks: What if the person you swore you hated was the one who saw you most clearly?
