In a world where Tsunayoshi was born 40 years earlier, he becomes the Sky Arcobaleno(but in this world, he's cursed into a baby and not a short life). Sawada Ienobu becomes the son of Sawada Nana and Sawada Iemitsu.

This world seemed to be a carbon copy to the original if not for that fact.

So why does Byakuran feel that Tsuna is carrying a burden far heavier than being the Sky Arcobaleno? (And why the hell does it seem like the mafia isn't the only hidden organization in this world when it clearly is?!)
