For generations, Tasi's family has been battling against the Sroku, terrible creatures who curse the land around them until nothing can grow. However, this tradition has been forgotten, thanks to Amaryllis, Tasi's protective mother who passed away when she was only two years old. Now that the amount of land is becoming scarce, it becomes frighteningly obvious that the tradition must be rediscovered before it's too late.
