The two main ravens of South Park have grown up, and both are dating a guy. Even though they look alike, they have different personalities, different interests, different boyfriends, therefore, different relationships, and different ways to deal with problems. They may have grown up, but their rivalry hasn't changed much. Their friends may be friends with each other, but Stan and Craig still despise each other.
For some reason, most of the South Park Gang has ended up in the same exact place and university coincidentally after graduating from South Park High. Now they have to struggle through the process of being responsible adults for making money, completing their studies, keeping jobs, and their own relationships.
But to add to that, there is an ex-girlfriend is out to destroy whatever happiness there is because she can't stand seeing her ex-boyfriend happy without her. Some people finally notice the beauty certain people possess after a makeover. And jealousy is confusing the hell out of people who don't deal with emotions very well.
Will Stan and Craig ever settle their petty differences just to get through with life?

As for things that happen in the show once, on top of going with trans Butters, Eric Cartman will also have heterochromia referencing to that one episode where he has one of Kenny's eyes. So Eric has one brown eye and one purple eye. Though I don't mention it often, Kyle is a type 1 diabetic in this. And Stan has asthma. Headcanons Stan and Kyle share clothes. All four boys would have jobs as teens Still psychotic, but Cartman mellows out as a teen Cartman has Heterochromia (slightly canon) Kyle is a huge Minecraft fan Kenny occasionally cross dresses Kenny has Purple eyes

In Elementary School, Tweek and Craig were the closest of friends. Craig had always presumed that was the leading factor to the entire town of South Park thinking that the two boys were a couple.
