Uma's life hasn't been the same since she returned to the isle. Most of her crew lost their trust in her and gave up, leaving her only with a handful of people. She knows she was a fool to walk away when she had King Ben, and the wand, at her reach.
But Uma's not done yet. She plans to return to Auradon no matter what.
But getting to Auradon was the easy part, the hard part is staying, especially now that she is being blamed and hunted for something that she had nothing to do with.
Auradon is in chaos and Uma, with a little help of a friend, needs to--reluctantly--get to the bottom of it all.

Set right after the events of "The Rotten Love Story" After weeks of battling her emotions Mal finally told Carlos she liked him and Carlos liked her as well. The newly Rotten Couple didn't have much time to be happy though as Maleficent has ordered for Mal, Jay, Evie, and Carlos to go to Auradon Prep to steal Fairy Godmothers magic wand. Now that wasn't the problem in thier way. The problem was the soon to be King and his soon to be King. Ben and Audrey. After Mal found out that there would be a coronation and that's where the wand would be she decides that she needs to pretend to like Ben to get the wand. But what happens when Carlos begins to fall for Audrey while Mal is pretending to be happy with Ben? While all of that's going on Mals still bothered and controlled by one thing. She had found herself falling in love with Auradon, with its people and especially with its king to be Ben. At his coronation she had made the last-minute decision to embrace good over evil. Now a year later the VK's have settled into life pretty well with their new friends in Auradon. Evie opened a tailoring business; Jay was busy with fencing and tourney working to get a scholarship to Sherwood university next year, Carlos was working at a shelter and trying to work up the courage to ask out their friend Jane, Hadie had just started high school, Hayden had been appointed royal advisor and was very busy, and Holly and Ben, well they were trying to fix up the isle and run Auradon already acting like a king and Queen even if Holly didn't have the title yet. All were settled in except Mal she doesn't know how to lead nor how to deal with all the meetings and events that Ben and Hayden ask her to attend. [Descendants 3 Jay x Fem!Reader] After Cotillion, King Ben let Evie and I be more involved with Isle affairs, and now we're finally bringing over more kids from the Isle.
