Maxx Danziger leaves another city yet again after all the drama about Elliott's murder,  after finally being able to settling in to his new house and school, the voices came back to haunt him yet again, he's past is starting to follow and his habits seems to be falling down again after what happened last time. 

Cody Carson is just another normal student, his father is very ill, Cody tries to do everything to make his family happy. at school he gets paired up with Maxx to show him around school, they become close to each other. Cody starts dealing with his mental illnesses more and more, his mind becomes a playground to Maxx's past.
