"You sure about that Daytona. Because by the way you're reacting to me right now sure does seem like the way you would react to me all those years ago." He twirled a piece of my hair around on his finger and tucked it behind my ear.
My heart was betraying me and beating rapidly in my chest. He broke my heart. I should not be enjoying him being this close to me.
