Every little action has an impact. Wither mistake or a happy memory it replays through my mind for hours. Maybe even days. So do I drowned out the silence to distract myself from the endless critic that is my conscious? So many restless nights of thinking "I wished I wouldn't have done that". Or "How many more times can I afford to screw up"?
