Mason is trying to live like any other teenage boy; he likes video games, action movies and talking about hot girls with his friends. That all changes on his 16th birthday when the secret he's held his whole life can no longer be kept.
Mason is transgender. Everything is about to change.
Soon, Mason is going by Sabine and trying to navigate high school as a teenage girl, with new feelings for her best friend, and parents who don't understand. Luckily, she has her sister, Misty, and the new girl at school, Elizabeth, to guide her.
