Not being able to lead, King Koara appoints Haro to lead the conquering of worlds while Koara heals his wounds back on Zafaria. He nearly cried out at the impact. The Black Paladin dug his hands into the fabric of his shirt, pushing him harshly against the wall, "Where is Lance?!" Keith snarled. It really was remarkable how his eyes changed to resemble those of pure Galra. It would have scared him if his introduction to the guy hadn't been a gushing retelling of a 'bonding moment' between him and his brother. Alec merely rolled his eyes. "Haven't you been listening. I. Don't. Know. And to think Lance said you were smart." Keith was pratically growling as he pulled his arms off of his shirt. "I'll say this once. You will either help me find my brother and fix the mess you made or you will let me leave with that ship and stay the fuck away from him." In which Lance goes off on a solo mission without the others knowing only to be left behind when the team disappears and having to deal with the aftermath. (They do get reunited. In fact most of the time lance spends a part from them in shown in Lance's flashbacks leading up to their reuinion.)

Keith and Lance begin to discover things about themselves as well, causing them to question themselves in every way possible including their destinies

Shiro escaped from the galra's clutches because of a blue eyed water and ice mage, he meets allura and coran who took him in as an exchange Shiro must fight alongside allura as a paladin Keith was orphaned at a young age until he met shiro who took care of him, but years ago Shiro was taken by the galra and Keith made it his goal to train hard and rescue Shiro, he met allura who helped Shiro and now Keith was reunited with Shiro and joined allura as her red paladin Pidge was in a state of depression when allura first saw her, her brother and father was taken by the galra and studied to rescue her family and joined allura as her green paladin. she's a genius and is able to manipulate non-living objects. Hunk wanted to become a great cook, but because of the galra's reign his dream was crushed. His family is captured by the galra and he lives with his uncle and was found by allura for his mastery in mechanics and culinary. Allura Is a princess before zarkon attacked and took over her kingdom, for 1 year she's been storing her magic to defeat zarkon and haggar in one attack, she gathered four paladins and only needs the blue paladin, once she has found all 5 paladins, she and the five paladins must search for the five lions of voltron. Coran is a master healer and has assisted allura on her mission to overthrow zarkon in order to once again reclaim her crown and rebuild the kingdom they once lost.
