When you add two time travelers from the future, a former avenger, and a princess of compassion, playing with timelines might turn perilous. He would never expect her to be his future, and she would never expect him to be hers. Maybe they're not meant to be together, but maybe they are. Perhaps they only need to be prodded. IT IS MY OPINION THAT NO SINGLE PERSON IN THE NARUTOVERSE CAN POSSIBLY HAVE A TRULY HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP UNLESS THEY LEARN HOW TO NAVIGATE THEIR OWN ISSUES. Unfortunately, I believe NONE of the characters stood a chance to be mentally healthy, considering trauma is around every corner for them. If you want a fic that depicts this world in rose colored glasses, this may not be the fic for you. Sure, there will be some of your stereotypical fanfic tropes, but I aim to write them as best I can. ONGOING. Please, please, please review and comment. It helps motivate me to keep going.
