At the year 2080...
People had developed a mutation that change the whole world...

At 18 years old some teenagers can be adept to their inner self and the mutation starts. 

Those are rare individuals who develop super powers that any of us dont have any idea what they are capable of.
They say the world had fall into chaos because of it.

That's why the Government declared a law:

In order to stay alive and off the killer's radar, Silas moves in with a doctor and an officer who helped save him, but as he spends time with them, Silas discovers a side to normal people that he's never gotten to see.
