Sometimes, our thoughts can be overbearing with all of the negativity and doubt towards ourselves and things around us. But I believe that even though the negative will come, our thoughts should be as positive as possible. This book is a collaboration of my own thoughts on the positive things in life and in ourselves, and also on things that we should improve or ponder about. I hope this helps you to feel good about yourself and that it serves as a reminder about all of the lovely things in life and ourselves!
