Sometimes a person just stumbles onto something that will dramatically change the way we all live. Through good luck or possibly misfortune, they do something that creates a chain reaction resulting in a whole new world or maybe destroying it. Aaron James was such a person. He had great ideals but the end result could NOT have been worse. These changes made a huge difference, the calendar now started with the birth of JC (or pretty close) and the Allies won the Second World War. THE PRESENT time started out better and that is where we are NOW. The trouble is, sometime in our future, it all goes horribly wrong. My breath caught in my throat and he grinned. "Your breath and your pulse give you away, Barbie." He said not pulling away. "I think you're scared you'll get hurt and you don't want any commitments. You don't take chances." "I'm a cheerleader...I take chances all the time." I pointed out shifting and accidently brushed my hips against his. This time I heard his breath catch in his throat. He leaned forward crushing his lips to mine pulling me closer by my waist as my fingers got caught in his hair.
