Sapsorrow M. Fern: Time Lady (Book One)

Sapsorrow was born on the planet, Illeana. She is part-Empath, part-Time Lady. Her home world was destroyed in the Time War and she escaped to Earth.

Taking the human name Malina Fern, she becomes Jackie and Rose Tyler's lodger and begins working alongside Rose at Henrik's. Then comes that fateful day when a man with big ears dressed in a leather jacket saves them from living plastic creatures in the basement of the department store.

Though Sapsorrow blames the Doctor for the deaths of her mother and half-siblings on Gallifrey, it's not like her hands aren't covered in blood as well.
