Harry has been living at Grimmauld Place with Sirius ever since he went to Hogwarts. Lord Voldemort hasn't risen completely yet. Luna, Ginny and Astoria are all in the same year. Remus works at the Ministry of Magic and comes to visit Sirius once in a while. Olivia, the main character, grew up half with Bellatrix and half with Sirius, but only in the present time he could win the battle with Bellatrix and send Olivia to Hogwarts.
