Natalia Tryce has been uprooted from the only life she ever knew and thrown into a world she never imaged could be real. But how can you justify happiness without the two people that are supposed to share it with you. Wesley Gilbert is building a family of misfits. His own "Lost Boys" in his small town Neverland. There's the typical bad boy in the form of Val Ruslander; the mysterious, hateful, masochist, who will personally tell you that love isn't worth the price of hate. And then there's Darien Frey, whose even more of a recluse then Val, with his stoic gaze and missing voice, but eyes that see everything. Darien is often the one most overlooked, but you can be sure he's seen you. The third member of Wesley's gang is the perfect Tyler Matthew, a military child with too many skeletons in his closet to count and a pretty enough face to make you wanna forget. And then there's Wesley Gilbert himself, a truly selfless person for purely selfish reasons.
None of them should be friends, but sometimes it's the very people you don't want to be like that bring out the best in yourself.
