The criminal district doesn't just harbour the worst criminals in the nation (the ones that haven't been caught and arrested, or worse) but it also has an impressive reigning system. Instead of the chaos you'd expect of a criminal Konoha's "beast district" (as the locals like to call it) is actually perfectly controlled by the leaders of the hierarchy.
Naruto is the new kid in konoha. He is an enthusiastic goofball idiot, always smiling and always optimistic. Trying to get as many friends as he can but there is something wierd about him, and his classmates noticed. Thanks to this he always gets bullied, he is the outcast no one likes. Even though no one actualy knows much about him...
What will some of his classmates do when they wanna act tough and visit the beast distrikt...
