What happens when a Guardian cannot see the "good" that the Traveler has done anymore? When they cannot see beyond the destruction that it brought in its wake? Do they continue this masked falsity? Do they turn their back on the light for the sake of survival when the rest of humanity refuses to see the fault of this "god-gift"?

The Rise Of The Corrupted Guardians (OLD)
This is a Mune: Guardian of the moon Fanfiction, if you haven't seen it go watch it first you'll know what happened in the movie but otherwise to help you a bit ill explain, these were inspired by a few FF I read or pictures I saw, or dreamed of, alright so this takes place right after the trio defeated necross, mune and sohone go back to there temples, glim going out and explores, but also trains in case they have to fight, spleen has his own garden and mox is still trying to cause chaos, sohone does have nightmares but right after getting it fixed by his friend, a curse had been broken from the corrupted guardian and has now corrupted the first two guardians, trying to steal the sun and moon to rule and make everything turn into darkness, spoiler they stole the sun again, a Snow White faun comes out named Hugo and he helps the trio and spleen but has a few little secrets that he doesn't want to tell, yes you will be meeting a few more characters, this does require adventure, new places are going to be unlocked, ships, fear, old memories, future telling and some of my headcanons. Olympus was attacked by the darkness. All the gods died trying to defend themselves. Even Zeus was powerless. The Olympians died and a new God came. The Traveler. With his light he created the Guardians. Dead people were reborn as guardians and with Traveler's light they go against the darkness. But darkness is really powerful and the Traveler needs help. So, he creates a special ghost. A ghost looking like the others but far more powerful. A ghost which is fated to reborn a God. Artemis, one of the most powerful Olympians, daughter of Zeus and Lyto, big Apollo's twin sister, Goddess of the Hunt is reborn by that ghost. They both know nothing about their powers, their past or their destiny. Artemis, like all the Guardians, forgets her past. She doesn't hate men and she remembers nothing about her virginity vow. With the other gods dead, this oath means nothing. A Destiny 2 fanfiction. Part 1: New Light. When the Traveler arrived, a spherical deity with paracausal powers known as the Light, humanity prospered and thrived. Their lifespans tripled and they expanded their civilization amongst the stars and to other planets. This was known as the Golden Age until an ancient evil known as the Darkness that hunted the Traveler finally found it in our solar system. Everything was destroyed and this was known as the Collapse. Humanity would've become extinct if the Traveler hadn't of sacrificed itself, pushing back the Darkness with its Light. And with the last of the Traveler's strength, it created Ghosts, little mechanical beings to search for deceased people who are capable of wielding the Light as a weapon. Ghosts resurrect these people from the dead and they protect what's left of humanity with their powers. These people are known as Guardians. This story is told from a Ghost's point of view who's Guardian is a trigger happy Hunter. Her Light is strong but her soul defiant. Forged in the Light yet desired by the Darkness. But when she comes face to face with her destiny, will she make the right choice or be swallowed by fate?
