No motive. Just a disappearance. The coroner's report from an upstate, rural county stated natural causes. For a young 20-something advertising executive.
But there were no details left unaccounted for. Funeral arrangements paid for inadvance. Even the police chief said it was a closed case. That didn't stop Detective Johnson from being curious.
He stopped in to see her partner to answer his many questions. On his own time. The day after the funeral...

Margo Watson was found murdered in her own home on October 13th. Leaving the town of Scattervale, with the solving of it's first murder mystery, in 30 years. Her body was found in her bathroom tub with evidence of a homicide, that led to her death. Once the autopsy came back with fingerprints from her friends, covered on her corpse, the mystery unravels. But when her foes as friends argue to be framed for the murder and not actual suspects. Things start to get bloody, as the town of Scattervale, point fingers, pick sides, and bid on the killer. I walk pass her and she keeps her head down, "Don't just stand there, follow me. I'm taking you back, I didn't sign up for this. I look back at her from the corner of my eye and see a tear sliding down her face. "Are you crying? Why? You couldn't have gotten attached that quick." She keeps her head down and I groan, "Ugh, please stop crying." She wipes her face and sniffle, "Why are you crying?" "Because the old man promised me that you would take care of me. He lied to me, you're taking me back to that place." I throw my head back and close my eyes shut. By old man she means my father. "Okay, okay, okay. Niall's dad is the person to find Haven and save her, but none of Haven family are around for her to go back to. Not only that, Haven can't do anything for herself. Valerie Hudson and Brianna Sawyer left their small town life and went to the city to make a successful career. Both of them were happy until they found out their high school best friend, Rosalind McAllister was murdered. So, they both go back to their hometown, Maplebirch to attend the funeral, just to find out that the police think that it was a suicide. But it doesn't fit because Rosalind was the perfect human being. She was selfless, happy, helping and loving. She would never think of hurting herself, let alone killing. After the case is closed, Rosalind's posse is all distressed. They decided to meet at a restaurant to talk and when they order their bill, they also get a note which says that Rosalind was in fact murdered and the person who wrote it knows who killed Rosalind. All they have to do is follow the clues and obey the rules and it would lead them straight to the killer. They were all afraid but also knew that it needed to be done as they all had something to be guilty of and deep down they all blamed themselves for her death. Started: 23rd January 2020. im gna be honest this is a huge work in progress, but essentially After a major traumatic event in Griffen Westons life sends him spiraling into a life he never expected, things seem beyond fixing. He had never felt so empty. But grief has a certain smell. It's a scent that attracts a certain kind of creature when you head out into the woods. His dreams tell him tales before he sees them. He watches this mysterious wisp of white hair and green cloth dart about the moss to evade him. The scent of patchouli and lavender with the pugent musk of sulfur harrasses him into submitting into this feeble attempt at following her. Or It. Whoever this person may be, they heard him calling out. They knew what he needed. He never expected to find himself so enamored with something so unique. But he didnt know how to find a way to stay away from this curiosity.
