~Just after the events of X2~ Cybele Nyx falls in love with the Incredible Nightcrawler, Kurt Wagner. The story holds within the two completely different mutant, growing and living together after the terrible events caused by William Stryker. Cybele lets Kurt into her life and teaches him that love can be a way of being yourself, loving yourself, and proving you are worth it.

You thought you were cursed until you get an invitation to join the X-Men. Now you're being told that the abilities that plagued you all your life are a gift. Will these other mutants be able to teach you how to harness your abilities? Maybe. But can they teach you to accept yourself? That's a whole other story. AKA a Reader-Insert fanfic for X-Men: Evolution that is very hurt/comfort. Follows the plot of the show, with some changes where necessary. Also published on my AO3 account

Kurt Wagner is a normal teenage boy, or at least normal for a circus acrobat. He loves to run, joke with his sister, Amanda, and read. He's a devout Catholic. There's just one tiny detail missing: he's blue. When his demonic looks get him in trouble, he ends up meeting Elizabeth, the broken girl with wings. She no longer believes in God, and if he's real, he doesn't love her. The worst possible circumstances turn them into unlikely friends, but as they grow closer, will their friendship become something more? This is a story about Nightcrawler's past, including how he met the Xmen. I wanted to combine the movies and a few details from the comics, with, of course, a few of my own scenarios and relationships sprinkled in. I DO NOT OWN THE X-MEN

Six wasn't taught to care for people, growing up in an abusive household until he was arrested at 15 for killing his father and sent to prison. Then Donald Fitzroy, a saving grace offered him to work for the CIA. Six was really good at it too, he was professional, emotionally distant and he liked it that way, unable to get attached or give his enemies any leverage against him. Until his mentor assigns him to look after his orphaned 11 year old niece Claire who has a heart condition. Before the gray man even knew what was happening, Claire restarted his dead heart.

His life takes a sudden change when his parents are killed, his planet is destroyed and he comes to earth and meets the humans and makes a friend from the future. He meets his Parents' murderer, his uncle Saberclaw and his army and his goal is to kill them all. Will he and his friends with unique powers be able to defeat The Sabers?

Unlike his peers, Kurt's obvious physical mutation was something he was both praised and tormented for. His past is riddled with suffering, but what happens when events force him to reveal himself and tell his story to his friends in order for them to help him heal. Do they understand what it really means to be considered a monster? (I really enjoyed the show Xmen Evolution, but I think there was a missed opportunity for them to delve into Nightcrawler's backstory. This is a slightly darker tone than the show, but how I would go about his origin.
