Dystopian Utopia

After the Great War, the world started falling apart -- Breaking up into utter chaos.

People started going crazy, either out of depression or simply because they could. Families were ruined, people were murdered, everyone lost everything.
It was madness.
And it was spreading.
But then -- slowly, things calmed down.
Damon Everest. That name is a name no one will ever forget. A couple years ago, around 3015, he made a liquid drug. He named it 'Laetatio' and said: "It will make everything better." People were lined up to test it - though after they went to the lab, some weren't seen again. A couple years later, the drug is finished, studied, made in different forms, and deemed safe for humans.

However, it's a bit late for help. The world is like a dystopia - there are ruins everywhere, buildings, houses, vehicles, dead bodies - But Thanks to Damon it's slowly turning into a utopia. Or at least that's what people saw - A soon to be perfect world shaped after the 1900s.
