A new gang or two surface in swellview, and they're far more ruthless than the average swellview supervillain. Unfortunately, it took a near fatal injury to kid danger for captain man to realize this. While captain man Took Charlotte as a temporary sidekick to keep things more orderly, kid danger sneaks behind enemy lines and realizes not only are the stakes higher than he originally imagined, but there's a rather cute double agent in their midst. And to top it all off, Drex is back with a vengeance. And he's got a friend this time.
