Sailor Moon: Universe

When a young woman by the name of Uchū, from the modern city of Tokyo Japan, stumbles across a beautiful staff while sitting on a small dock at a pond she frequents, her world changes forever. Discovering new friends, and making new enemies, Uchū unlocks a secret about her past she never knew. Will she be able to handle it? Or will she crumble under the pressure of a secret that can either save the universe, or destroy it.

Setting is right after the sailor stars arc

All characters (except for Uchū, sailor universe and the universe staff or any other characters I deem to create, those are mine) are owned by the original creators of the sailor moon franchise.
