A personal account of growing up in rural Appalachia, diagnosed with an incurable bleeding disorder, and facing insurmountable odds when contracting HIV and Hepatitis C from contaminated blood products during the early 1980's. From the hardships of physical trauma, to bullying, finding faith and discovering one's self amidst the horror of the AIDS crisis, this story will transparently discuss the vivid tragedies and triumphs.
