Listen, I'm not going to do one of those "On a dark and stormy night" descriptions, I'm gonna just give you the cold hard truth. Weather you like it or not, or believe it or not is up to you.

Now that that's out of the way my name is Matthew Night. I am what people would call a "lab rat". I was in countless experiments, all because of those stupid scientists and my fa-, sorry I'm getting off track.

Basically, I was used for their sick and twisted experiments. But the main reason I was there, it was so they, changed my DNA, they made me a hybrid, part human and part, well, dragon.

I'll explain the rest inside the book. If you're like me though you're already in and reading my explaining the full thing, so anyways enjoy the story of my suffering and pain. Man it sounds worse when I put it that way.All Rights Reserved

She just wants to eat them up. ~*~ The alley that takes me to my car smells disgusting like something had died in it, it was dark, a dim light here and there with noises that sounded like a raccoon was in a garbage can. A fat rat scurried across my path, damn thing scared the sh*t out of me. My heart pounding I looked down watching for the rat as I left the alley and not paying attention to my surroundings. I walked straight into someone. Mumbling my apologies while I step to the left of him. He stepped with me. Excusing myself I tried to move to the right of him, he followed me again. As I looked up I realized he wasn't alone. There were three more guys in a small circle surrounding me. What the hell just kids, ages 14 to 18.

7/5/2018: #880 in action On a mountaintop farther than the eye could see their was a school, out of sight out of mind. This isn't a regular school, you see, it was a school of hybrids. A different type of species that was unwanted by the humans so they hid the hybrids away. There were many different types of hybrids. There were Neko, also known as cat people, or people with cat-like features, Werewolves, people with wolf-like features. Ghouls, or creatures of the night. There were also those stereotypical hybrids, such as vampires, zombie-like people, mermaid creatures-- the school's least favourite because of their background story-- and more. People didn't like these hybrids because they're different and that makes people fear them. "I'm not like them, you see, I accept everyone as they are, because, well.. I'm one of them! My name is Azura Night and I'm a neko! I have cat ears and retractable claws. On top of that, when I get angry, my eyes turn red! People fear me because of that and it makes it hard to become friends with anyone. That's why I moved here to Hybrid Hall; a place where people like me are welcome."

Jacob lived on the top floor of the east wing of the research building. He wasn't a scientist though. He was an experiment. Almost everyone in the east wing was an experiment. His best friend Gracie was an experiment. What type of experiment, you ask. Well everyone here is a hybrid between human and some other animal. Most people can tell you exactly which breed of animal and what percentage of that animal they are. Jacob can tell you that he is mixed with a dove. He can't tell you any more that that though. He doesn't know what percentage he is because he is a failed experiment. What happens when Jacob meets Jason? a wolf hybrid with a plan. He has a plan to escape the torture of the scientists. Then we have the felines: the Panthers, the Tigers, the Cougars, the Snow Leopards, the Cheetahs, and the Lions. Then we have our canines: the wolves, the foxes, the coyotes, and the hyena's. Are common because there are the mythical ones too. The flying creatures: the Hippogriffs, the Dragons, the Pegasus's, the Phoenixes, the Thunderbirds. The water creatures: the Sirens, the Mermaids, the Kelpies. The shapeshifting academy is kind of like Hogwarts with the letters and using owls for sending mail. Yes, there is a castle for the academy and no, there isn't any witch or wizards those are supposedly extinct. Now I have to go were going to find out what animal we shift into at the ceremony soon. If only I knew then that there was actually 23 types of shifters ~~~~~~~~~~ I wrote this series when i was very young, so any mistakes or grammar issues, or long descriptions, I am sorry about, but I won't be fixing them anytime soon either.
