Sean McLoughlin is 17 his stepmom has been abusive to him since age 14 after he came out as being bisexual. He's currently in a relationship with Signe but noticed she's been very distant with him. He has a crush on his best friend Mark he doesn't know about the abuse he always hides it from both Mark and Signe.
Mark Fishbach is 17 he lives with his very abusive parents since he was 10. Mark's gay but he keeps it a secret from his mom and dad if they found out the abuse would get worse. The only one that knows he's gay is his best friend/crush Sean. Mark knew Sean was bisexual and had a girlfriend but he caught his girlfriend Signe cheating on Sean.
