Gilthoniel star-kindler, is the daughter of Thranduil and little sister of Legolas Greenleaf.
Unlike her father and older brother she loves the world outside of Mirkwood. To enjoy meeting new people and seeing new things. And over the thousands of years she has been living she has gone on many journeys and on one of them she met the queen of Kattegat, Aslaug Sigurdotter. A mortal queen, wife of the legendary Ragnar Lothbrok. She is also, the mother to four sons: Ubbe, Hvitserk, and Sigurd and Ivar.
The elf princess and the mortal queen have been friends since, before Aslaug had become queen. It is years later that she invites her over a thousand year old friend to her home in Kattegat. She is to become an adviser to the young (?) queen and perhaps even more than, she expects to be. This is where she and The Sons of Ragnar Lothbrok begin a competitive journey of love, adventure, and bloody war.
Will the daughter of Mirkwood find love? How will she cope with the bloody business that is man?
