Ren's return from juvenile hall finally gave the Thieves the chance they had to talk about why Mementos still exists, despite Yaldabaoth's fall. When they return to investigate, Ren is acting more and more brash and reckless, and Makoto worries it may have something to do with Arsene and Satanael's odd lack of a 3rd tier evolution. Or they thought it was a lack. When the Reaper ambushes them, it turns out that it was about to meet its match. And it was as dangerous as it was suave. It's name? Raoul. - Vanilla P5, with the 3rd Tier Personas from Royal. Slight canon divergence, because the Metaverse stays around after Yaldabaoth's fall, with mention of other palaces as well, and Joker wields twin knives, not just one. Gameplay divergence because the Reaper is an ACTUAL THREAT (like in Striker's, god the Reaper is tough in Striker's) Shumako, Other changes to the lore, like Haru works with Ren in Leblanc, Sojiro adopted Ren, Persona's can communicate with their User's in the real world, and a few other little tweaks and stuff. *Under no circumstances do I own Persona 5 or Akame ga Kill. this is simply a fan fiction this Otaku who screams a lot made. One year after the events of the defeat of Yaldabaoth, the God of Control, Akira Kurusu, now 18 and a former outcast and leader of the Phantom Thieves, has reverted back to being a normal student. He was framed and put under probation by a crooked politician, but Kurusu gained the ability of Persona to change people's hearts and get back at the politician for wrecking his life, with the help of his friends. Living in his hometown with his parents, Kurusu remembers his days with his fellow outcasts, changing herts and building bonds with them. Thankfully, Morgana, a talking cat created by the man of the Velvet Room, Igor, to assist Kurusu is with him as well. While his parents have an okay, yet distant relationship with Kurusu, and the distance between his friends is large, he still manages to keep in touch with the rest of the Phantom Thieves, missing the good old days with them. In another world, an empire filled with corruption is teetering on the brink of ruin, slowly growing even more disgusting with the Prime Minister's selfish actions. A group of Assassins called Night Raid are rebelling against the Empire, hoping to change it for the better. But the corruption is running deeper in most of the empire, forming extreme distortions that Night Raid can't face themselves. It's time for Joker, Leader of the Phantom Thieves, to return with Mona, this time in a whole new world filled to the brim with distortion and rotten hearts to change in the Metaverse. One person known as Suguru Kamoshida, is a teacher at Shujin Academy who views the school as his own personal kingdom. He is a lustful, vain, cruel, and utterly selfish bully who abuses his female students emotionally, physically, and sexually, even going as far as pursuing a toxic relationship with ones that he had hooked an eye on. As for the male students, he subjects them to an utterly ruthless training regimen that many of them compare to torture, and will even use as punishment if his team loses a game. As such, he is an utterly cruel and diabolical person until a group stops him known as the Phantom Thieves of Heart. Sick of the deception, hypocrisy, and corruption around them, the Phantom Thieves are devoted to "stealing" the corrupt hearts of evil adults in order to change and reform society for the better. After taking down Kamoshida, their population slowly grew more taking down one target after the next. Before long they were known as a famous group working outside of the law. The Personas they use are formed by individuals who find themselves in the Metaverse and are dealing with feelings of frustration of being wronged or taken advantage of. Each Persona is different for each member of the Phantom Thieves each passing unique and special powers. Things seem to be going well for them until a new issue occurs as it leads to a new member joining them known as the Vengenceful Thief. Who is this and what kind of Persona does he or she have? (OC x Ren Amamiya) For as long she can remember, she lost her parents at a very young age and was raised and adopted by a Chinese-English speaking family that resides in Yongen Jaya along with her stepsister. She had learned how to speak Chinese and has managed really well in Kosei High thanks to her family until she was told that she had to transfer out of Kosei due to unknown reasons. Everyone around her in her current school were wary of her and she almost felt she didn't fit in until she met someone. Context: This is a rewritten fanfiction that was made back in 2019/2020(?). I wanted to restart because I didn't like how the story was going. This would include a lot of special things including spoilers and custom plots which is 100% original. As for the title, it would later be told in the story about the 'other live'. This story begins around the start of Kaneshiro arc, around June 21st.
