Liam Payne isn't really a normal lad. Why you might ask? Because he's a hybrid; Liam is part wolf and part human. He has lived his whole life in a small village in the woods. One day, one of the Wood Spirits talks to him and shows him a vision which makes him leave everything he knew behind. He comes out in the big city of London which is the complete opposite of the small village he grew up in. What will a young wolf hybrid bring the human world who has never heard of hybrids before? And what will it bring to his kind and the other so called mythical creatures? One word; chaos. In order to save all the different kinds that live on Earth, Liam needs to act quickly. But he can't do it alone. He becomes friends with the people he last expects to befriend. Those people happened to be Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik and Harry Styles. Members of the boy band One Direction. They find Liam one day and decided to help him. But will their help be enough and can Liam trust them? But what if One Direction aren't exactly what they seem they are? What if they have a huge secret of their own? Liam gets thrown in a world he didn't know existed and suddenly the fate of Earth rests on his shoulders.

The news broke like a wave, drowning everything else in its path. Liam Payne, gone. I stared at the screen, heart in pieces, trying to grasp that the boy who had once brought me so much joy would never sing again, never smile again. There was no warning, no chance to say goodbye. "If only..." I whispered, clutching their iPod as tears slipped down my cheeks. "If only I could have stopped it..." The words hung in the air, heavy with a yearning so intense it almost felt tangible. The room blurred around them, and before I could process what was happening, everything went dark. When the world came back into focus, I wasn't sitting in my room anymore. The familiar hum of city life faded away, replaced by the soft strum of a guitar and a voice I knew all too well. "You're insecure, don't know what for..." My breath hitched. It couldn't be... Liam.
