Talya Johnson, a woman of many talents, also sister and mother figure to Priah Johnson. Her luck of relationships hasn't been so great, which made her belief of love change. Her childhood also played a part in it, as a child all she wanted was her mother's love-she craved for it actually. Her last relationship ended terribly, causing her to fall into a depression state, making her believe that no one will truly ever love her for her. She believes that people only love her for her body and not for her mind or soul.
Solange Knowles, a woman of many talents as well, also a mother to her son Julez Knowles. She hasn't been in a relationship in years-her last being the mother to her son. The reason being that she doesn't want to just fuck around, she wants to find THE ONE. She's too old to be messing around with just anyone and she's not that type of woman. She's believes that the woman whom she chooses to be with should be shown love and most importantly respect. And that the ground her woman walks upon should be worshiped.
As their paths cross due to celebrating someone they both know, a spark ignites-unexpectedly. Talya wasn't searching for anything neither was Solange. There'll be ups and downs, but through it all, their need for one another will be stronger than anything else.
