In a world where children develop magical abilities called Quirks by the age of 4, it would seem that Izuka never developed hers. She is essentially Quirkless. Devastated by this fact, anyone and everyone she meets believes that she will never be a hero. After all how is a weak, timid crybaby supposed to fight against villains who all possess a power that could potentially kill her?

The answer is simple....

She can't.

Or at least they don't think she can.

Yet when Izuka is pushed over the edge by her childhood best friend -a boy who now abuses her-, something astonishing happens....

A long lost Quirk - thought to have been extinct considering only one man was ever known to possess it - has found itself to reside in her.
