I have taken him away from his very amorous and well lived life of being rich. In this story, he is a commoner. Though there are some aspects where Ciel is still bearing some of his attitudes in the anime (arrogant, possessive, and poker faced) , he is somewhat a bit tamed here. Sebastian Michaelis , the demon guardian is not actually just a demon here though he has the powers of a demon. He is a mixed of everything, so he's a hybrid.
