Katniss Everdeen has a tough life for a 17 year old. Her father died 2 years ago and her mother supposedly committed suicide because she was devastated. She was left with her 14 year old sister to take care of and with hardly any money and a small house. She has to juggle school, bullying, depression, taking care of Prim and having an abusive boyfriend. Follow her life and her trying to hold on strong. I don't own any of these characters!!! I feel immediately guilty for what I am about to say, especially since he saved my life by giving me bread. "So I have been thinking this over in my head and it seems that this is the only choice I have in order to make it home to Prim." I start. "Katniss?..." He says. He doesn't like what I am saying and I haven't even gotten to the worst part yet. "I know you want to make it back home to your family and I know that you are a part of my District, but I need to make it home to Prim!" I say, tears threatening to fall, I feel awful for what I am doing. Peeta looked extremely worried by this point. "What's wrong? What happened- " I cut him off " I'm... I'm... joining...the careers."

The rebellion is over, and Katniss and Peeta are married. This story is told by the perspective of their 14 year old daughter, Primrose. She has asked her parents about The Hunger Games, but never gotten an answer. But when she walks into school one day and sees her parents, she knows she will get her answers. Primrose can learn about The Hunger Games, but did she actually think she would be in them? PLEASE COMMENT!

Obviously, everyone thought that we were impossible. But, we weren't.
