Growing up, Emma Bailey and Jace Collins have been play mates, gym partners, prom dates and now they're in college and completely in love with eachother. Life has always been perfect for them. But on the night Jace was going to propose to Emma, he becomes a victim of a hit-and-run and loses his memory. He forgets all his human ties and past connections, leaving Emma completely devastated and heart broken. Will he move on and start a new life, or can Emma make him fall in love with her all over again?

What would you do if you wake up at the hospital after an accident? How would you feel after finding out that the person you love the most died in that accident? How would you recover from the pain and grief of your lost? What would you do if find out that you died on an accident? What if you had to leave your family and your beloved ones behind? How could you fix things if you're not longer alive? Emma and Tyler had an car accident while going home after prom. A drunk driver hit them and Tyler died. Emma alive has to live with the grief of losing someone, but can she move on? Can she let go? Tyler, meanwhile, left his family and his lover alive while he finds his way to settle the things he left incomplete before he can go to heaven. Love never dies, and even though there is pain on the journey, at the end there will be hope.
