The time of the year has finally arrived. The annual circus has come to town. The town's favorite clown, The Billy, is everyone's favorite part of the show.
This year, something happens. When a group of bullies disappears after interacting with the clown, Alexandria and her best friends seek out answers. But, after they discover something of the clown's past and history, they have more questions than answers.
But the biggest question they have is, 'Where exactly did the clown come from?'
