Percy's life was great. Key word was. The day that he was supposed awarded for his part in war against Geaa, when he he was dropped into Tartaraus. He lost his memory in the river lythe and then found a girl who helped him through the entire journey.
Annabeth had her own problems to deal with back at camp. After looking for Percy for a while, she was called back to help fight hoards of monsters that attacked Camp Half-Blood.
Nico is wrestling with guilt. He ignores everyone when they tell him it wasn't his fault and can't move on.
Kai has been trapped in Tartaraus for many years and she finally meets someone who can help her get out. If he could remember who he was.
Everything is stacked against the demigods. Will they make it through, or will this be the time that they finally fail?
