Dr.Robertson, the commander of Laboratory 5, comes up with the irrational idea of reducing a human down to size and creating a new human out of it. Though he succeeds in creating the daughter he never had, the power inside the 13 year old girl is beyond imaginable. Not to mention she doesn't have a soul. And without a soul, how will she be able to tell from right and wrong? Bad people and good people? Will the Man-Made Girl be able to function as a "normal" human, or will her genetic make-up and lack of a soul get in the way?
