Thousands of years have passed since the world was wiped clean of civilization. Humanity retreating underground for years while a nuclear winter took place above ground, but now, the planet is safe to live on. The struggle to survive persists as the radioactive creatures called night stalkers roam the lands, but reports of another threat begin to rise.
