"Stop." Jiro's finger paused. Curious eyes looked back to Damian. "What is it?" "Who is she?" "What?" "Who is she?" Trembling hands pointed to the figure standing next to a cheeky looking Jiro who smiled lazily into the camera. It was a woman. Looking so innocent and carefree, she could easily be mistaken for a child if her curvy body wasn't evidence enough that she most certainly wasn't. Her auburn hair was pulled back into a ponytail but a few single strands framed her face and made her look even more beautiful. And beautiful she was: Her big green eyes shone with a hint of mischief as she laughed at something the small boy next to her said. The woman's cheeks were flushed and if you looked close enough you could see a tiny scar marring the skin above her left eyebrow. "Oh that," Jiro grinned. "That's Amya. We met her at the beach. Most amiable person in the world. Get it? Amya, amiable?" „Amya." Damian breathed out. ~ If you would have asked Damian how he will find his mate he'd say "In a bar" or "At a party". Never in a million years would he have guessed that the one who's destined to be with him forever would be the woman standing in the background in one of his best friend's vacation pictures.

Is she willing to accept his past and move on? ********* I thought about all the obstacles I had to overcome to get to where I am today as I walked towards my sons crib. Everything I went through was worth it. "Don't worry, mommy's coming," I said in a baby voice hoping to comfort him even though he wasn't crying. My heart dropped in my chest when I saw it was empty. No baby in sight. "Gray!," I screamed loudly like I was getting stabbed over and over again. He ran into the nursery, scanning the area for any danger. "He's gone! Our baby's gone!" His eyebrows furrowed as his eyes softened realising what happened. Just as quick as it came, it vanished and he was back with the icy look in his eye. The one he had when we first met. For a moment, I was afraid of him going back to his old self before dismissing that thought and focusing on my missing newborn son. Don't worry, I'm coming for you, my little bubba... Will the angel given to him melt the Alphas ice solid façade or not? Is she helping him escape his darkness or is she dragging him into hers? Read to find out... Cover by @belladz07
